Example 1 :  A Scotsman in Boca Raton calls: "I urgently need a haggis to take to a Burns Supper this weekend.  We sourced one for him.
Example 2  American lady phoned : "I need somebody who can sing in Gaelic for my daughter's wedding. Everybody says to call you."  I found exactly the person for the wedding.
Example 3  My favourite [framed on office wall]: November 3, 1996: Indian man calls me from Miami. " HE: I'm a cricket fan. I just called the BBC in Miami to ask how I can tune my satellite dish to watch the cricket. They told me: "Call Patricia Kawaja-----she knows everything." 

Example 4] August 2010.  Thank you for your speedy reply. You are the only office who has been ANY HELP to me. Calling Washington embassy is a joke. I paid to speak to a real human being and she just re-directed me to the Careline number in the UK and they only told me exactly what is already on the Embassy web site!
