English players of all standards welcome to play in various locations in Ft
Lauderdale and Miami. The team I saw were mainly Jamaican, who play
sometimes in Margaret Pace Park next to my house where there is real cricket
pitch. To look out and see a pukka cricket team in full whites playing
on a real cricket pitch in downtown Miami on a Sunday morning makes my
English heart soar. These Jamaicans are so passionate about their
cricket. I went down to talk to them and promised to help them with
some publicity. They said they would really be thrilled to have some
English cricketers [experienced only] on the team. Or English
